It looks like actress Kim Ok Bin decided to reverse the trend of musicians becoming actors by becoming a musician herself!
The star introduced her talented bandmates on a recent recording of her Mnet show, ‘Kim Ok Bin’s OK PUNK‘. One by one, she pointed out Kim Seulong of the Toxic (the band that won 1st place on KBS‘s ’Top Band‘ competition), Lee Hyun Song, vocalist of the Koxx, Devin (the guitarist for Dr. Core 911), and Lee Tae San (the vocalist for GoGo Star).
In this band the Koxx' Lee Hyun Song will be responsible for guitar and vocals, Devin for guitar, Taesan for bass, and Toxic's Seulong for drums.
A crew member of ‘OK PUNK’ commented, “Kim Ok Bin, who has transformed into a rocker, and all her talented bandmates will inspire a new gust of rock music in Korea. We’d like it if you looked forward to the official start of Kim Ok Bin’s band promotions.”
Mnet's OK PUNK is going to show the process of forming punk rock band.

Kim Ok Bin is known for her roles in the drama series ‘Over the Rainbow‘ and ‘Hanoi Bride‘, as well as her movie, ‘Thirst‘. Also she is girlfriend of rock band Schizo vocalist Huh Jae Hoon and you can hear her vocals in the Schizo's song "Forget About It".
